Kojonup's Little Library
At Apex Park on Albany Highway you will also find the “Kojonup Little Library”. All you do is bring a book you no longer want to keep and swap it for something in the little library house that grabs your attention.

Public Libraries provide access to free eMagazines, eAudiobooks, eBooks and films.

Libby enables Public Library and State Library members to browse and borrow bestselling eBooks, eAudiobooks and magazines on their computer or mobile device for limited periods through digital loans. Libby is a FREE download solution.
Anyone can access this site but to borrow from the collection: Your library membership registration must have been renewed with the last 2 years; and You will need your membership pin number (contact the library to confirm your pin number).
You may:
- Borrow up to five e-books at a time
- Choose a borrowing period of 7, 14 or 21 days
- Place items in a wish list for future reference;
- And place holds on items that are already on loan.

Unfortunately Kindle users are unable to download books from the WAPLDMC at this time due to the incompatibility of Kindle readers to other formats. A list of compatible e-readers is available on the Libby website.
Kanopy is a video Streaming platform for public libraries delivering one of the largest collections of indie films, classic cinema, festival and educational documentaries, and movies online or through an app. Library members can browse and view over 30,000 + films and documentaries from top suppliers, including the BBC, Criterion Collection, Ronin Films, Madman Entertainment.
Once you are signed in you view up to 4 films or documentaries within a month loan period. Once selected, each film may be viewed, paused, finished and re-watched over a 72 hour period before requesting again. These are updated on the 1st of every month.

Borrow Box is an eAudiobook download service through the Western Australian Public Libraries Digital Media Collection (WAPLDMC).
Four (4) titles may be borrowed at a time with apps available for apple and android devices.

We are the new home of the widely celebrated resources, Story Box Library and Story Tools.
Story Box Library is a subscription based educational website, created for children to view stories by local authors and illustrators, being read aloud by fantastic, predominantly Australian storytellers.
Story Tools is a new story writing series that helps students in
grades 3-6 master the mechanics of storytelling.

Enjoy story time in any language. The LOTE4Kids app has over 3,0000+ picture books in 65+ languages, with new books and languages released each month. The app was developed for libraries and schools to grow their World Language picture book collections, help engage culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) families, and support kids learning a language.
The app is free with your State Library membership, or ask at your local public library. You must enter your library name and card information to read picture books via your mobile device.

Joining the Library
Membership is free. Parent/Guardian consent is needed for those under 18 years old. You can apply online via the Kojonup Spydus Catalogue here.
The Kojonup Library is apart of the Southern West Australian Library Consortium are the following Libraries - Albany, Broomehill, Cranbrook, Denmark, Frankland River, Jerramungup, Katanning, Mount Barker, Ongerup, Tambellup, Wellstead and Peel, now all use a shared Library Management System, giving library members access to a larger supply of resources.
You can use your current Library card to borrow and return items at any of the participating Libraries and as a member of the Southern West Australian Library Consortium network you have access to a wider range of resources at your fingertips than ever before.
You can browse the catalogue and request items from any participating from one of these Libraries. When your requested items become available, they will be delivered to your preferred Library.
Borrowing from the Library
All Members can borrow ten items. Loan period is 3 weeks. Items may be renewed by telephone, email or online unless reserved by another borrower.
Membership Responsibilities
Items lost or damaged while on loan must be paid for. Your library is a public place and the Library staff would like you to feel welcome, to enjoy your visit and to use as many services as possible.
